Subscription Program
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring shipments and recurring charges to your selected payment method at the frequency you choose.
Managing Your Subscription
You may:
- Pause your subscription at any time
- Skip a shipment at any time
- Update your shipping address or payment information at any time
- Cancel your subscription at any time
To avoid being charged for your next shipment, subscription cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to your next scheduled billing date.
Requests received less than 14 days before a scheduled shipment may be processed for the following billing cycle, and the upcoming shipment may still be fulfilled.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery.
Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
- Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unopened and in their original condition.
- The safety seal must remain intact.
Non-Refundable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Products with broken or removed safety seals
- Opened bottles
- Partially used products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
