5. **Signature & Acceptance:** Your signature confirms you've received the package in satisfactory condition. If there are issues, detail them on the packing slip before signing. Signing without noting discrepancies means you accept the package as-is.
6. **Review Order Contents:** After receiving, promptly inspect the items inside.
7. **Absence during Delivery:** If you can't be there, designate a secure location for the courier drop-off to minimize potential theft.
8. **Lost Packages Post-Delivery:** Once marked 'delivered' by our carriers, Northberry Co. is not liable for packages reported stolen.
9. **Making a Claim:** If there's an issue, alert us in writing at northberryco@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt.
